Rolling over a previous budget

Start your next income deposit from the shape of your last one. "Start from last" copies all your recurring numbers so you only update what changed.

Once you've saved a budget, the dashboard shows a "Start from last" button next to "New Budget." Clicking it creates a fresh budget pre-filled with all your last numbers — debts, rent, utilities, insurance, typical grocery spend, savings targets, investment contributions, etc.

You then only need to update: your next income date (required), your actual income if it changed, any new one-off expenses this month, and any bumps/cuts to discretionary spending.

Tip

Rollover typically takes under 2 minutes after the first full run. This is how most returning users budget — set it up once, tune it forward.
